At Sutara, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch.

We do not offer returns as most of our products are handcrafted and made in limited quantities.

Exchange requests will only be considered if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear images, order details and uncut unboxing video.
